Every claim in a generated note cites its source. Click a sentence in a draft SOAP and you land on the exact transcript segment, condition, or prior note that justified it.
Before you sign a prescription, the safety panel checks against the patient's active medications, documented allergies, and recent labs, deterministically, from a curated catalogue, not from the LLM's memory.
