Roadmap
What we're building next.
We'd rather show four honest tiers than promise the moon. Dates are deliberately absent, clinical software ships when it's safe, not when a sprint says it should.
Next
Committed for the next two releases. In active design or build.
- Multi-location practice support (rooms, devices, location-specific tariff overrides).
- Group-billing flow for couples + family appointments.
- ICD-10 coding assistant, surfacing the right code from the encounter narrative.
- Native mobile capture (iOS first), record consults from your phone, paired to the desktop chart.
- Public API + webhooks for tenant-side automations.
Soon
On the runway but not yet committed. Likely within six months.
- Asynchronous patient messaging with consent + retention rules.
- Outcome tracking + condition-specific dashboards.
- Allied-provider referrals network, invite a colleague to take a patient with one click.
- Inventory + dispensing for practices that stock product.
Researching
Real interest, no commitment yet. Talk to us if any of these matter to you.
- FHIR import from legacy practice software (Healthbridge, MediKredit).
- Patient-facing app with secure messaging + record access.
- Practice analytics with cohort comparisons (anonymised peer benchmarking).
- On-device transcription for offline / very-low-bandwidth clinics.
Not on the roadmap
We're saying no on purpose. Asking us about these is fine, but the answer is no for now.
- Practice-management features that duplicate accounting software (payroll, VAT returns).
- A patient portal that lets patients self-edit their clinical record.
- Training AI models on patient data, Practiq will not do this.
- White-labelling Practiq for resale.
